Owner / Principal Agent
Sean Cohen launched S. Cohen Insurance in 2018, fulfilling a lifelong dream of building a client-first agency rooted in trust, service, and community. With years of experience at a major insurance carrier prior to founding his own firm, Sean brings deep industry knowledge and a passion for helping people protect what matters most.
Specializing in crafting tailored insurance solutions for restaurants and contractors, Sean is known for his ability to simplify complex coverage needs and deliver policies that truly fit each client’s unique risks. His hands-on approach and commitment to excellence have made him a trusted advisor to businesses across Northern Kentucky.
Sean has been happily married since 2013 and is the proud father of three wonderful children. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active in the local community.

Jason Diffner
CIC, AU, Commercial Lines Account Manager
Jason has worked in the insurance industry for over twenty years starting with underwriting medical malpractice in 2000 where he continued for over thirteen years. He spent five years a with a wholesale broker underwriting and selling all-lines commercial insurance to small and mid-market nonprofit organizations. For two years Jason enjoyed training independent agents in commercial insurance.
He holds the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) and AU (Associates in Commercial Insurance)
designations. His particular passion is educating clients on their insurance options so they can make informed risk
management decisions to protect their businesses.
Outside of work, when Jason is not playing a game with his wife or five children, you will probably find
his nose in a book.

Customer Service Agent
Blair joined the S. Cohen Insurance team in 2024, bringing with her several years of experience in the hospitality industry. Her passion for helping others makes her a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Representative. Blair thrives on teamwork and enjoys contributing to meaningful projects. Whether it’s grilling out or cheering on her favorite teams at sporting events she loves spending time outdoors with friends and family.
